Morrow is a personal support tool, not an emergency service or a substitute for professional care. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number. In the US and Canada you can call or text 9-8-8.
Common questions
How do I restore purchases?
There’s nothing to restore. Morrow is free and has no in-app purchases.
How do I move my data to a new iPhone?
Morrow has no account and no cloud sync, so your data doesn’t follow you automatically. Before you switch, export a backup in Morrow. You choose a passphrase, and Morrow saves an encrypted file that you keep, for example in Files.
Keep the passphrase somewhere safe. Morrow can’t recover a lost passphrase, and neither can we.
I forgot my passphrase. Can you unlock my backup?
No. The backup is encrypted with your passphrase and we never see it, so there is no way for us to open it.
Face ID isn’t working. How do I get in?
When Face ID can’t recognise you, Morrow lets you unlock with your iPhone passcode instead. You can turn the lock off in Morrow’s privacy settings.
The body signal says it’s off.
The body signal guide needs permission to read heart-related data from Apple Health, and it works best with an Apple Watch. To check, open the Settings app, then Health, then Data Access & Devices, then Morrow.
Every Move and the Shift button work without it. The body signal is a guide, not a medical measurement.
Why does Morrow ask for my location?
Only if you use the optional faith reflection and want prayer times. Morrow asks once, while you’re using the app, to calculate the times. Your location isn’t stored or sent anywhere. You can change this in Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Location Services.
My playlist won’t play during a Move.
Playlists play through Apple Music. Make sure you allowed Morrow to use Apple Music (Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Media & Apple Music) and that the Apple Music app can play that playlist on its own.
Reach out doesn’t open anything.
Reach out opens Messages or Phone with the person you chose. If you haven’t chosen anyone yet, add someone in Morrow first. Morrow never sends a message or makes a call by itself.
I’m not getting reminders.
Check Settings, then Notifications, then Morrow, and make sure notifications are allowed. Reminders use quiet wording, like “A gentle reminder”, so they may be easy to miss.
Delete your data
Your data is only on your iPhone, so you are in control of it.
- Erase from inside the app: open Morrow’s privacy settings and choose “Erase Morrow data”. This deletes everything Morrow has stored on your iPhone.
- Delete the app: deleting Morrow also deletes its data.
- Backups you exported are files you control. Delete them like any other file.
We don’t hold a copy of anything, so there is nothing to request from us.
